Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 25, 2026
1. Who we are
Alphaby.ai ("Alphaby", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at alphaby.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you register for early access to our upcoming quantitative trading platform.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@alphaby.ai.
2. Information we collect
The Site is currently a coming-soon page. The only personal information we collect is what you provide when you sign in with Google to register for early access:
- Your email address
- Your full name (as provided by your Google account)
- Your Google profile picture URL, if available
- A unique identifier assigned by our authentication provider
We also automatically collect limited technical information (such as browser type, IP address, and timestamps) through standard server logs and our authentication provider, used solely for security and abuse prevention.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Register you for early access to Alphaby.ai
- Notify you by email when the platform launches or when early-access slots become available
- Send occasional product updates directly related to your registration
- Secure our service and prevent abuse
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal basis for processing (EEA / UK users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Consent — you actively choose to register by signing in with Google.
- Legitimate interests — operating, securing, and improving our pre-launch service.
5. Service providers
We rely on the following processors to operate the Site. They process your data only on our instructions:
- Google — provides the OAuth sign-in flow used to register you.
- Supabase — stores your account record and authentication session.
- Cloudflare — hosts the Site and provides DNS and security services.
- Google Analytics — provides aggregated usage statistics about visitors to the Site.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage entries that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in after authenticating with Google.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed and from which country). Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and may collect information such as your IP address (used by Google to derive an approximate location), browser type, device information, and pages visited. This data is processed by Google on our behalf and is used solely to measure aggregate usage of the Site. We do not use it for advertising. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
7. Data retention
We keep your registration record until you ask us to delete it, or until we decide to discontinue the Alphaby.ai project. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@alphaby.ai.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time by signing out and asking us to delete your record.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@alphaby.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures — including TLS encryption in transit and access controls on stored data — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of any incident as required by law.
11. Children
Alphaby.ai is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify registered users by email.
